Tech Support

To implement a trading program using a FIX api, Excell spreadsheet, C++, and Easy language, you will need to speak with your broker who can direct you to the online futures trading platform that can fulfill your criteria. Please speak to your broker who will be glad to review what technical options are available.

VIP Futures clients have access to trading desk(s) both day and night (must be set up).
Pit Trades
If you are going to be trading size in one particular pit market or many open
out cry markets such as Coffee, Corn, or Sugar, Crude Oil, Heating Oil, Unleaded
Gasoline to name a few, we have access to the floor brokers to get you bids
and offers in both the futures pit and the option pit. There is no extra charge
for this service.
Full Service
We review the financial and commodity futures markets and determine if a trade
opportunity exists in a particular futures contract. If it does, your broker
will review its risk and potential with you taking into account your risk tolerance
and investment goals. If you understand the trade and feel confident in the
analysis, you can then decide to trade or not. We encourage you to access the
